Stores Operative (Counterbalance Forklift)

We are currently recruiting for a Stores Operative to join a busy and well-established operation on a permanent basis.

Hours
42.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday
6:00am - 2:50pm

Salary
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key responsibilities

* Operating a counterbalance forklift
* General warehouse and stores duties
* Booking goods in and out
* Inputting and updating data on a maintenance management system
* Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy
* Ensuring a safe and organised working environment

Requirements

* Valid counterbalance forklift licence (essential)
* Previous experience in a stores or warehouse environment
* Experience using a maintenance management system
(Maximo or SAP preferred, but any system considered)
* Basic IT skills and accurate data entry
* Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
