Maths Specialist Teaching Assistant - Full Time (5 Days per Week)

Are you a passionate and knowledgeable Maths specialist looking to make a real impact in secondary education? We are seeking a dedicated Maths Specialist Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school environment on a full-time, 5-day per week basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced TA who thrives on supporting students to build confidence, deepen understanding, and achieve their potential in Mathematics.

• Provide targeted in-class and small-group support in Maths across KS3 and KS4

• Work closely with Maths teachers to deliver engaging and effective learning support

• Support students of varying abilities, including those who need additional intervention

• Help create a positive, focused, and inclusive learning environment

• Has previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school

• Demonstrates strong subject knowledge in Mathematics

• Holds a degree (preferred, particularly in Maths or a related subject)

• Is confident, proactive, and able to build strong relationships with students and staff

• Is committed to professional development and continuous improvement
