This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing building services consultancy delivering projects across healthcare, education and commercial sectors, offering long term progression, flexible working and a strong commitment to professional development and internal promotion.

The company continues to secure major healthcare and education projects across the UK and is looking for a senior electrical engineer capable of leading delivery, mentoring engineers and acting as the key technical point of contact for clients.

This role would suit an Electrical Engineer looking to step into or continue within a principal level position, taking ownership of project delivery while helping shape and develop the next generation of engineers.

The Role

• Take the lead on electrical building services design, acting as the go to specialist and client contact across projects
• Lead and mentor engineers while supporting project coordination and commercial delivery
• Support business development and client relationships
• Office based with hybrid working, occasional site visits and mileage reimbursed for business travel
• 37.5 hours per week with flexitime, overtime, medical insurance, income protection and death in service benefits

The Person

• Electrical design experience
• Healthcare or other regulated sector experience desirable, with strong client facing and project coordination skills
• Leadership capability with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Full driving licence and own vehicle
