About the Role:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to draft witness statements and related documentation for clients. The role involves reviewing case materials, liaising with clients and colleagues, and ensuring all documents are accurate, clear, and compliant with procedural requirements. This position is ideal for someone with a legal, paralegal, or case management background who has strong drafting and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft clear and accurate witness statements and supporting documents.
  • Review case materials, including reports, correspondence, and evidence.
  • Liaise with clients to gather information and clarify details.
  • Ensure all documentation meets procedural, legal, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with legal and administrative teams to manage case workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with compliance requirements.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience drafting witness statements, affidavits, or similar legal documents.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and present it clearly.
  • Confidence in working with clients and gathering information sensitively.
  • Familiarity with legal procedures and documentation standards (e.g., Court of Protection, Private Client work) advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.


Desirable Attributes:

  • Paralegal, legal assistant, or caseworker experience.
  • Experience in Court of Protection, private client, or litigation support.
  • Understanding of compliance, confidentiality, and procedural rules.
  • Proactive problem-solving and ability to work independently.
