Data Administrator (Data Cleansing) - Temporary Assignment

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary

Are you detail-focused, organised, and confident working with data? We're supporting our client based in Southend with a temporary opportunity for a Data Administrator to assist with an important data-cleansing project.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working methodically, has strong accuracy levels, and is confident using databases and spreadsheets. Hybrid working is available once training has been completed.

• Review, update, and cleanse existing data sets to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify duplicate, incomplete, or incorrect records and resolve issues
• Input and maintain data in internal systems with high accuracy
• Follow set processes and data-quality standards
• Liaise with internal teams where necessary to clarify information
• Support general administrative tasks related to the project

• Previous experience in data administration, database work, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical working style
• Confident using Excel and data management systems
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach

• £12.21 per hour
