I’m currently working with a highly reputable SJP Practice based in North London that is looking to appoint a Qualified Paraplanner to join their established and supportive team.

Role: Qualified Paraplanner

Location: North London

Salary: Up to £50,000 + excellent benefits

The Role

You will play a key part in supporting the advisers and wider team, with responsibilities including:

• Preparing high-quality suitability reports and client recommendations
• Conducting in-depth research across pensions, investments, and protection
• Supporting advisers with technical queries and complex casework
• Ensuring all client files meet compliance and regulatory standards
• Working closely within a collaborative and supportive team environment

About You

You will ideally:

• Be Level 4 Diploma qualified (or close to completion)
• Have proven paraplanning experience within an IFA or financial planning environment
• Be technically strong, detail-focused, and confident supporting advisers
• Have excellent communication and analytical skills
• Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach
