The Role

As a Paraplanner, you will play a key part in supporting the advisers and wider team. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing high-quality suitability reports and recommendations
  • Conducting in-depth research and analysis across pensions, investments, and protection
  • Supporting advisers with technical queries and complex casework
  • Ensuring all client files meet compliance and regulatory standards
  • Building strong internal relationships within a collaborative team culture

About You

To be successful, you will:

  • Be Level 4 Diploma qualified (or close to completion)
  • Have proven paraplanning experience within an IFA or financial planning environment
  • Be technically strong, detail-focused, and confident supporting advisers
  • Possess excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Have a proactive, solutions-focused approach
