Role: Customer Service Advisor (Welsh Speaking)

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 0-1 years of customer service experience.
  • Primary skill: Customer Care - P3 (intermediate proficiency).
  • Backoffice customer care experience desirable.
  • Fluent in English (C2) and Welsh.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
Additional Information
  • Pre-Interview Requirement: Candidates must complete a Welsh language screening test (oral and written) to assess professional communication skills.
