Role Overview

The Financial Administrator will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Partner, Advisers, and wider team, ensuring the smooth running of client servicing and business processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to Advisers and paraplanners
• Processing new business, valuations, and policy servicing in line with SJP procedures
• Preparing client documentation and assisting with meeting preparation
• Liaising with SJP internal teams and product providers
• Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems
• Supporting regulatory and compliance requirements
• Delivering a high level of client service at all times

Candidate Profile

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience within financial services administration
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and financial systems
• Excellent communication and client service skills

Desirable:

• Previous experience within a St. James’s Place practice
• Interest in progressing within financial planning
