A leading client in Burton is seeking a Business Change Project Manager to join their team for a major transformation programme. This role plays a central part in delivering strategic, commercially driven projects, with a strong focus on enhancing digital experiences. We are looking for a Project Manager who can take full ownership of initiatives, managing everything from conceptualising ideas and building business cases, to ensuring successful delivery and adoption.

Experience with digital transformation is essential, and ideal candidates will have practical experience implementing digital projects like apps, websites, or loyalty platforms.

Key skills and responsibilities,

• Strong project management skills with extensive change and transformation experience
• End-to-end delivery of strategic digital projects (apps, websites, loyalty platforms, martech, digital marketing)
• Full project lifecycle management with governance, planning, and stakeholder approval
• Define scope, business cases, requirements, costs/benefits, and deliverables
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure timely, cost-effective, quality delivery in fast-paced environments
• Support change using agile and waterfall methodologies
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
• Clear, confident communicator with strong leadership presence
