Payroll Administrator – Pontefract – Up to £30,000

The Role:

• End-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls
• Handling payroll queries from employees and managers
• Processing statutory payments and payroll deductions
• Administration of pension schemes
• Producing regular and ad-hoc payroll reports
• Ensuring payroll compliance with current legislation
• Supporting continuous improvement of payroll processes

About You:

• Proven experience in payroll processing
• Highly accurate with strong attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience with Mitrefinch/Advanced systems (desirable)
