Job Description:

Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a well-established Independent Financial Advice firm operating across the West Midlands.

The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality administrative and client support to Office Managers and Financial Planners, ensuring an efficient, compliant, and professional service is delivered at all times. You will play a key role in maintaining excellent client experience by supporting advisers with reviews, new business processing, valuations, and ongoing client servicing.

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a good understanding of financial services processes, particularly within investments, pensions, and protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete withdrawal instructions as directed by advisers
  • Ensure all client instructions are confirmed in writing and authentication processes are followed
  • Maintain accurate client records by updating back-office systems
  • Liaise with clients and assist with queries
  • General office administration including filing, scanning, post handling, and answering calls

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience (or equivalent) as an Administrator within an Independent Financial Adviser
  • Proven experience within Financial Services
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively
