We are recruiting for an experienced Paraplanner to join a well-established and growing financial planning firm based in Keighley.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong paraplanner to work closely with advisers, supporting the delivery of high-quality, compliant financial advice across pensions, investments, and protection.

The Role

As a Paraplanner, you will play a key role in the advice process, providing technical support to advisers and ensuring recommendations are accurate, compliant, and tailored to client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analysis across pensions, investments, and protection
• Preparation of suitability reports and client recommendation letters
• Assisting advisers with complex case planning and technical queries
• Cashflow modelling and portfolio analysis where required
• Liaising with providers, platforms, and internal teams
• Ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards
• Maintaining accurate records on back-office systems

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in a Paraplanning role is essential
• Strong knowledge of pensions and investments
• Experience using adviser back-office systems and research tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong analytical ability
• Working towards, or holding, CII Level 4 Diploma (desirable)
