Extruder Operatives in Hastings - CDH Recruitment Ltd

Our client is based in Hastings and due to their continual growth, we are delighted to be recruiting for Extruder Operativesto join their team.

Main Duties

• Running and cleaning machinery.
• Monitoring the production line.
• Running machines.
• Doing quality checks of products.
• Keeping work areas and the factory floor clean.
• Informing supervisors of any issues.
• Must comply with company’s health and safety regulations at all times.
• Full training will be given.
• Heavy lifting, standing and floor work will be required in various departments.

Qualifications And Experience

• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills.
• Good time keeping.
• Punctual, reliable, and want a long-term position.
• Must be enthusiastic hardworking individuals.
• Able to perform all tasks required of them some of which are physical.
• Own transport would be beneficial owing to our location and not relying on public transport as with shifts has proven difficult.
• Manufacturing experience - not essential but beneficial.
• Work within a team and some standalone duties.

Working Hours

• Shift work – must be available to attend any of the three shifts without exception.
• Monday to Friday.
• 6am - 2pm, 2.30pm - 10pm and 10.30pm - 6.30am.
