Senior FP&A Analyst - 6-Month FTC
Up to £55,000

We're working with a fast-paced, international retail business to hire a Senior FP&A Analyst on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a highly visible role partnering closely with the Director of FP&A, playing a key part in budgeting, reforecasting and commercial decision-making across the business.

You'll sit at the heart of performance analysis, providing insight across areas such as warehouse operations, goods out, royalties and overheads, and supporting senior stakeholders with clear, impactful financial reporting.

The role

• Partner with senior operational stakeholders across office salaries, warehouse, goods out and royalties
• Produce insightful reporting and analysis to support commercial decision-making
• Build and maintain scalable reporting tools to manage budgets and forecasts
• Contribute to the FP&A system and work across tools including NetSuite, BigQuery, Superset and Excel
• Support the Director of FP&A with C-suite monthly reporting packs and ad-hoc strategic analysis
• Deliver commercial insight that directly influences EBITDA performance

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a strong track record
• Confident partnering with senior stakeholders across non-finance teams
• Experience within FP&A and/or retail is highly desirable
• Exposure to international accounting and IFRS is beneficial
• Strong systems capability, including ERP tools (e.g. NetSuite), advanced Excel and SQL-based reporting (e.g. BigQuery / Power BI)

• 6-month fixed-term contract
• Salary up to £55,000 (pro-rata)
• Hybrid working available (depending on location)
