Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of business services clients, acting as the main point of contact
  • Review accounts, VAT returns, and management information to a high standard
  • Lead, mentor, and develop junior and senior team members
  • Oversee workflow planning, deadlines, and resource allocation
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional advisory and value-added services
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong experience managing client relationships within accountancy practice
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent technical knowledge of accounts and tax compliance
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
