The studio works on a diverse range of projects, including estate masterplans, bespoke country homes, rural diversification schemes, and community-focused developments. Daily Duties

• Lead architectural design from concept to delivery across varied rural projects
• Manage client relationships and identify business development opportunities
• Coordinate with planners, landscape designers, and other consultants
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and design documentation
• Mentor junior architects and support team development

Ideal Candidate

• Substantial post Part 3 experience in a UK based practice
• Proven track record in rural or residential projects, ideally including estate-scale or bespoke homes
• Strong business development and client management skills
• Excellent design, communication, and leadership abilities
• Passionate about sensitive, context-driven design and delivering high-quality outcomes
