A fast-growing B2B SaaS business. Demand is strong, inbound-only, and increasing - but sales execution is now the constraint.
We're hiring their first senior sales operator to take full ownership of inbound sales and rebuild their sales engine from the ground up.
This is not a pure Sales Director role (yet). It's for someone who loves being hands-on, fixing messy systems, and building something scalable - with a clear path into leadership.
