Daily Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design for a range of projects, with a strong focus on healthcare schemes
- Develop and coordinate Revit models and deliver fully integrated design information from concept through construction documentation
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and technical design packages across RIBA stages
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to resolve design and technical issues
- Ensure compliance with legislation, building regulations and sector-specific standards
- Attend site visits and support contract administration as required
- Mentor and support junior staff, fostering consistent delivery standards
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified architect (ARB/RIBA) with ideally post-qualification experience
- Proven healthcare experience or relevant exposure to complex, regulated project types
- Strong Revit proficiency with experience producing coordinated technical information
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations and healthcare estate requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy practice
