Job Description
Our client is seeking a Private Client Consultant to provide expert advice on Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and Probate. The successful candidate will guide clients through complex legal matters with confidence and empathy, tailoring solutions to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on Wills, Trusts, LPAs, and estate planning strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering a bespoke service.
- Draft and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with current laws.
- Support clients in completing and registering LPAs.
- Attend client roadshows and regional meetings to promote services.
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates.
Requirements:
- Law degree from an accredited university.
- STEP or CILEX qualified (or working towards).
- Proven experience in Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Estate Planning.
- Minimum 2 years client-facing experience.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Financial Services experience (Mortgages, Life Insurance) is advantageous.
- Clean driving licence.
