Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established business, who are looking to hire aproactive and highly organised Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of marketing activity across multiple channels.
This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys juggling different projects, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and contributing both ideas and execution.
On Offer:
- £28,000 - £30,000
- Shorter working hours on Fridays (finish at 2:30pm)

Responsibilities: - Assisting with content creation for emails, brochures, presentations, blogs, and case studies
- Supporting exhibitions and events, including logistics, stand materials, schedules, and post-event follow-up
- Updating and maintaining the company website (content uploads, basic page edits, blogs, and landing pages)
- Supporting email marketing campaigns and tracking performance
- Maintaining marketing databases, mailing lists, and CRM systems
- Providing general marketing and administrative support as required
Required Experience: - Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related subject
- Broad understanding of marketing channels, including digital, content, campaigns, and events
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident using Office 365 and Google Analytics
- Comfortable working in a dog-friendly office environment, with two dogs regularly present
Desirable Experience - Experience using social media management tools
- Basic CMS experience (e.g. WordPress or similar)
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
- Experience supporting events or exhibitions
