Administrator – Full Time We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrator to join our clients team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers.
Key Responsibilities - Managing accounts and maintaining accurate records
- Dealing with customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Taking and managing bookings efficiently
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Supporting day-to-day administrative operations
- Prioritising tasks to meet deadlines in a busy environment
Skills & Experience - Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Competent with computer systems and office software
- Full UK driving licence required
Salary & Hours - Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexible)
- Location: Office-based role, 5 days per week
