Administrator – Full Time

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrator to join our clients team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing accounts and maintaining accurate records
  • Dealing with customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Taking and managing bookings efficiently
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative operations
  • Prioritising tasks to meet deadlines in a busy environment
Skills & Experience
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Competent with computer systems and office software
  • Full UK driving licence required
Salary & Hours
  • Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexible)
  • Location: Office-based role, 5 days per week
