My client is a leading global bank, competing high in the league tables of every traded asset class in global markets. This role sits in the global front office quantitative research team.

The role will involve leading a small team of high caliber quantitative analysts across several analytics streams, including product pricing, capital optimisation and trading strategy. There are several cutting edge and wide reaching projects ongoing at the bank that this role is pivotal to and therefore would put the successful candidate in a strong position to have impact, be visible to senior management and drive change.

As the role covers different instrument types, the successful candidate could come from any asset class. The key requirement is that the candidate has a proven track record of leading analytics teams to deliver in a global markets business, developing and implementing solutions for trading. There is a combination of skills required across pricing, data science and machine learning and trading systems development such that a strong front office quantitative analyst who has developed through any of these disciplines could be considered.
