Investment Management Analyst - London

We are recruiting for a £30bn Investment Management firm based in London, specializing in real estate and infrastructure investments across EMEA.

They are seeking an Investment Management Analyst to join their Investment Management function, aiding in the execution of their investment strategy. This role involves collaborating with the Director of Investment Management on various tasks such as investment transactions, market analysis, acquisition underwriting, due diligence, forecasting, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing internal and partnership reports, including quarterly reports, investment papers, business plans, and partnership strategies alongside the Investment Director and the broader Investment team.
  • Support the analysis of potential acquisitions and contribute to the underwriting and presentation of opportunities, including financial modelling and cash flow analysis, in collaboration with the Investment Director and the Operational team.
  • Conduct research and analysis of the UK logistics market, including trends, performance, peer reviews, and customer analysis.
  • Assist Finance and Corporate teams with corporate and partnership finance and accounting functions, including monthly and quarterly reconciliations, forecasting, and budget control.
  • Support acquisition due diligence and the legal process in partnership with the Investment Director, as well as the broader Investment and Operational teams.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, professional property firms, customers, and the broader real estate market.
  • Assist in establishing new investment vehicles, investment strategies, financial modelling, corporate governance, and service agreements.
  • Provide support to the broader team on commercial initiatives in support of Group and Partnership operations.
  • Perform any other duties or ad hoc projects as required by the company.
