Are you passionate about driving meaningful change and helping businesses transition to a more sustainable future? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and driving our corporate sustainability strategy. The role goes beyond just analysis - the successful candidate will be given the autonomy to engage with stakeholders across the business to assist in developing in our strategy and drive change.
We are looking for a proactive, ambitous individual with a background in Corporate Sustainability and an understanding of environmental risks, opportunities, impacts and dependencies. They will need to be comfortable with various levels of stakeholder engagement and managing multiple workstreams or initiatives simultaneously. Most importantly, the individual will need to have passion for sustainability and driving change across our organisation.
We believe in ongoing personal development and will support training to ensure that you flourish in this role and in Quilter.
As a Corporate Sustainability Analyst at Quilter, will be at the forefront of our efforts to embed sustainability across our organisation, working with stakeholders throughout Quilter to develop our corporate climate and environment strategy across our operations and our supply chain. You will assist in developing and running initiatives to progress towards our sustainability and emissions reduction targets.

Specific responsibilities:
• Driving Emission Reductions: Partnering with property teams to identify opportunities to reduce the carbon footprint of our offices and operational spaces.
• Colleague Engagement: Developing and delivering programmes to raise awareness and embed sustainability into our workplace culture.
• Supply Chain Collaboration: Working closely with suppliers to reduce the carbon impact of the goods and services we procure, ensuring alignment with our sustainability objectives.
• Strategy Development: Playing a key role in shaping and delivering our climate transition plan, identifying opportunities and setting new targets and KPIs to measure our progress.
• Performance Monitoring: Tracking, analysing, and reporting on sustainability performance, ensuring progress towards key milestones and targets.
• Climate-related risk assessment: Work collaboratively across Quilter to assist in the identification and assessment of climate-related risks and opportunities and own the physical climate-related risk assessment for our offices.
• Provide support on the production of our regulatory and voluntary sustainability reporting (TCFD, TNFD, CDP, UNGC etc.)
