Harmonic is proud to be working on an exclusive basis with one of the UK's leading FMCG challenger brands, to hire a hands-on Data Lead / Data Manager to join their growing team.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Finance Director and working closely with the Finance Manager, this role will take ownership of the company's data, reporting, and BI capability.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role rather than a people management position. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving dashboards, reporting outputs, and the wider data and tech suite, ensuring senior stakeholders have clear, reliable, and actionable insights.
The role offers genuine ownership and visibility, sitting at the intersection of finance, operations, and technology, with scope to shape how data is used across the business as it continues to grow.
