The Role:

A well-known brand in the UK is building an AI team in 2026, starting with 4x AI Engineers (1x mid-level, 2x Snr AI Engineers and 1x Lead AI Engineer).

The scope of the role is extremely broad, offering the chance to come in and deliver impact all business areas.

With strong investment from the board and CEO, this team will utilise the latest techniques and innovation in AI to deliver value at a business-wide level.

With a far-reaching remit, it will be your role to identify new opportunities, scope out AI projects, and execute on your strategy.

You:

• Experience in delivering AI solutions within an organisation from beginning to end (full-stack)
• Technical experience across traditional data science and machine learning as well as AI
• Stakeholder management experience - utilising communication skills
• Innovation is a key part of this role

Salary:

In this role you can earn between £90,000 - £100,000 + benefits (including a 15% bonus OTE)
