Analytics Manager - Retail (Permanent)
£65k + car allowance + bonus
Hybrid working: 3 days onsite

I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading international organisation for a permanent Analytics Manager to play a key role within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This is a senior opportunity where analytics directly informs decision-making, performance improvement, and operational strategy, offering strong visibility, influence, and long-term career progression.

The Role

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts and BI specialists
• Own delivery of high-quality reporting, insight, and analytics
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions
• Ensure strong data governance, coding standards, and data quality
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical involvement

About You

• Proven experience leading analytics or BI teams
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Confident communicator able to translate complex insights for non-technical audiences
• Experience in project-based or Agile environments
• Supply chain or logistics exposure (or strong interest)
• Python, data warehousing, and ETL experience beneficial
