Commercial lines casualty pricing in London - Star Actuarial Futures

Are you a talented analyst with a GI pricing, data science or statistical modelling background, looking to grow your career within commercial lines casualty pricing?

Then this is an exciting opportunity to join a major global insurer where you will help to shape the overall portfolio strategy, collaborating closely with underwriters, while developing actuarial pricing tools.

Taking the lead on case pricing, you will:

• deliver bespoke actuarial technical pricing and performance analysis across P&C, Motor, Energy, and Specialties lines
• help to set robust yet competitive prices

What will I need?

• Be degree qualified, ideally with experience in General Insurance
• strong technical and analytical skills in actuarial pricing, data science, or statistical modelling
• proficiency in analytical tools (such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, Power BI, VBA)
• technical pricing experience would be nice to have but not essential.
