eDiscovery Support
London/hybrid (2-3 days)
The Firm:
Highly reputable Legal Practice undergoing expansion in the eDiscovery Practice.
Responsibilities:
- Support the process and organise the collected data, preparing it for review. Ensuring data integrity and security.
- Maintain accurate records of data collection, processing activities and chain of custody documentation to ensure traceability and accountability.
- Operate eDiscovery software tools for efficient data review and management. Assist with troubleshooting any technical issues that arise.
- Ensure all eDiscovery activities comply with relevant procedures and guidelines to mitigate risk.
- eDiscovery tasks e.g. setting up and customising review platforms, processing data, running searches and culling data, creating review batches, customising coding templates and creating user roles
- Support with basic training to internal stakeholders on eDiscovery tools, processes, and support the team’s proficiency and understanding.
- Help evaluation of eDiscovery processes and makes suggestions for improvements, supporting the development of best practices and enhanced efficiency.
- Build relationships with stakeholders internally.
You’ll be
- Experienced in managing eDiscovery tools e.g. Relativity and handling of ESI (electronically stored information) in a global professional services firm, services provider/vendor or ideally in the legal sector.
- Experienced in overseeing the collection, processing and storage of large volumes of ESI, ensuring technical activities align with security protocols and compliance standards.
- Have a 2:1 Degree (or equivalent)
- Have previous experience or formal training in a technology, data processing or eDiscovery related field.
