Finance & Operations Reporting Analyst | Fast-Growth Wellness Brand | London / Hybrid

As Finance & Operations Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening the company's financial reporting and data capability. Working closely with the SLT / Finance Lead you will take ownership of financial and revenue reporting, stock and sales analysis, and data accuracy across finance and operational systems.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, Excel-savvy individual who enjoys working across finance and operations, building robust reports, and ensuring high-quality data underpins commercial decision-making.

You'll partner closely with operations, warehouse, and leadership teams, supporting month-end processes, cash forecasting, inventory reporting, and continuous improvement of reporting and master data processes across systems including Xero and inventory platforms.

Key Responsibilities


  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly financial and revenue reports for internal stakeholders
    * Build, develop, and continuously improve financial and performance reporting
    * Support month-end close processes alongside the external accounting provider
    * Manage cash forecasting, payment planning, and execution
    * Monitor bank and payment reconciliations completed by the outsourced finance provider
    * Monitor inventory data and trends to support accurate financial reporting
    * Maintain stock reconciliations and inventory value accuracy
    * Partner with warehouse and operations teams to reconcile physical stock to system records
    * Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
    * Support the Finance Lead and leadership team with reporting, analysis, and ad-hoc insights
    * Work cross-functionally to improve data quality, reporting processes, and financial visibility
    * Maintain and optimise master data across finance, inventory, and operational systems
    * Ensure data consistency and accuracy across platforms including Xero and warehouse systems

What our client would like to see (essential):


  • Strong understanding of financial processes and the importance of data accuracy
    * Advanced Excel / spreadsheet skills
    * Experience working with inventory, stock, or operational data
    * Strong reconciliation skills across multiple systems i.e Xero / Quickbooks / Unleashed

What we would like to see (non-essential):

  • Experience in FMCG, consumer, retail, or wellness brands
    * Exposure to Xero and inventory or warehouse management systems
    * Interest in automation, AI, or reporting optimisation
    * Experience working alongside outsourced finance providers

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits / study support

Hybrid working: 3 days per week in London office
