We're partnering with a well-established creative and insight-led organisation that delivers large-scale campaigns The business has a strong track record in data-driven decision making and is investing further in its analytics capability.

The Role

This is a hands-on, varied analytics role in a fast-paced, agency-style environment. You'll support campaign planning, forecasting, CRM insight, and stakeholder decision-making, acting as a go-to person for data questions across the business.

The role offers increasing exposure to stakeholders and the opportunity to shape how data is used day-to-day.

  • Support campaign forecasting and modelling (e.g. volumes, timelines, expected outcomes)

  • Work with a relational customer database supporting a core product area

  • Produce insights and reporting via Power BI

  • Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, and documentation

  • Explain methodology and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders

  • Take ownership of outputs that directly influence campaign and business decisions

  • Advanced Excel (lookups, formulas, visualisation)

  • Strong SQL (joins, selects, data manipulation)

  • Experience building reports in Power BI

  • Solid, hands-on exposure to CRM or customer databases

  • Educated in the UK (familiarity with the education system is important)

Nice to Have
  • Python or R (interest or early exposure welcomed)

  • Forecasting experience beyond simple historical analysis

  • Experience working with education, youth, or public-facing campaigns

Team & Culture
  • Small, close-knit data team with a high level of trust

  • Pragmatic, collaborative working style

  • Strong focus on insight, not just reporting

  • Hybrid setup with at least 2 days per week in a Central London office

Package & Process
  • Salary up to £50,000 (some flexibility)

  • Clear scope for progression as the data function grows

  • Interview process includes technical discussion and a short SQL task

  • 1-month notice preferred, though longer notice can be discussed
