HR Systems Analyst part-time in London - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited

The HR Business Analyst will support the implementation of a new HR Information System (HRIS). The role focuses on mapping processes across the employee lifecycle where system automation will not fully cover end-to-end activity. You will collobaorate with SMEs and HR leaders across multiple teams, ensuring future-state processes are well-defined, controlled, and operationally ready for go-live.

Key responsibilities:

• Review the system configuration workbooks and business process library to identify processes not automated in the system
• Develop process maps, SOPs, RACI charts, handoff diagrams, and end-to-end workflow documentation.
• Ensure processes reflect compliant data handling, governance, and quality controls.
• Stakeholder Management & Workshop Facilitation
• Lead global and regional workshops with HR SMEs to document and validate future-state processes
• Capture requirements related to automated, partially automated, and manual HR activities.
• Define business rules, data requirements, approval flows, and controls for offline processes.
• Identify future enhancements or design decisions required for long-term scalability.
• Translate business process outputs into clear requirements for configuration teams.
• Deliver process walkthroughs of future-state processes and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure HR teams understand and adopt New ways of working
