Operations Analyst - Global Facultative

We're looking for an ambitious Operations Analyst to join a brand new Global Facultative operations team in a role that is genuinely varied, technical and dynamic.

Working directly with the COO for FAC and senior stakeholders across the business, you'll play a key role in shaping how the global fac operation works from the ground up.

This is a high-visibility role where you'll help build best-in-class broker support, improve processes, strengthen controls and drive real change across a complex, international business.

You'll partner closely with brokers, broker support, servicing, claims, compliance, legal and technology teams to ensure seamless hand-offs, strong data quality, and consistent global processes. From analysing performance and identifying automation opportunities, to supporting onboarding, training and change initiatives, you'll be at the centre of how the business operates and grows.

This role is ideal for someone with reinsurance operations experience from the broking side of the market, who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and wants to help design and influence a global operating model.
