Commercial Finance Analyst in London - KennedyPearce Consulting

We are looking for a highly analytical, hands-on, and detail-oriented Commercial Finance Analyst to join a growing, creative, and fast-paced organisation. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years' experience in a commercially focused finance position particularly within an SME or rapidly scaling environment who enjoys problem-solving, taking ownership, and building insightful analysis.

You will play a key role in supporting financial decision-making, ensuring the accuracy of commercial reporting, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance function.

• Perform monthly revenue and margin reconciliations, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Support commercial reporting and analysis across the business.
• Provide financial insight to help drive profitability and decision-making.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling as needed.
• Collaborate closely with finance and operational teams to improve data quality and streamline processes.

The ideal candidate:

• 2-4 years' experience in a finance role with commercial exposure (SME or fast-growth environment preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data, building reports, and improving financial processes.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership.
