Senior Business Analyst - Workday Financials in London - Robert Walters

A leading UK Pensions Manager is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with proven expertise in Workday Financials to support a high profile, multi-year Workday programme.

Your Role:

As a Senior Business Analyst - Workday Financials Experience Required, you will:

• Support the rollout and training of Workday Financials

• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Change & Transformation teams, external consultancies, and other stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.

• Develop process maps, SOPs, and training materials while supporting training delivery.

• Provide comprehensive analysis on business activities and processes to support project outcomes in line with established frameworks.

• Define and document detailed business requirements with accuracy and timeliness.

• Translate complex business needs into actionable solutions for technical teams.

• Engage proactively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

• Contribute to workshops that foster collaboration and pragmatic solutions among diverse stakeholder groups.

Your Profile:

To excel in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within ideally a Pensions business with at least two 6-12-month assignments implementing Workday Financials.

• A strong understanding of finance processes and their application within Workday.

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale change or transformation projects, ideally within financial services or pensions environments.

• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Outstanding communication skills for producing clear documentation tailored for both technical teams and end users.

• A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships across stakeholder groups.
