Business Analyst (BA)

• Capture current and target processes, business rules, regulatory constraints, data flows and hand-offs between organisations.
• Structure and document functional and non-functional requirements for the digital service, including reporting, transparency, and audit needs.
• Support cost-envelope definition and readiness for a build-phase procurement or delivery.
