IFA / Wealth Planning Administrator – Established Financial Planning Firm (Worthing)
Salary up to £33,000 DOE

This is a great opportunity to join a growing IFA company, and become part of a dedicated administration team, working closely with advisers and paraplanners to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of client services. This is an established financial planning business. with robust processes and procedures, as well as a dedicated management team
The Role You’ll be joining an established centralised admin team, providing full administrative support to advisers and paraplanners across the business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident in financial planning administration who enjoys being part of a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities - End-to-end administration support for financial planning cases
- Preparing client documentation and maintaining accurate client records
- Submitting new business and managing cases through to completion
- Liaising with providers, advisers and paraplanners
- Processing valuations, illustrations and policy information
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with compliance requirements
About You - At least 2 + years previous experience as an IFA / Wealth Planning Administrator is desirable
- Confident managing cases from start to finish
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a professional, team-focused environment
- Experience using back-office systems and provider platforms
Package - Salary up to £33,000, depending on experience
