Senior Paraplanner - Diploma qualified in Worthing - Cranleigh Personnel

£42,500 – £47,500 DOE | Level 4, + | 5+ years’ experience

Are you an experienced Paraplanner who enjoys technical planning, working closely with advisers, and being part of a well-structured, collaborative team?

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established financial planning firm - offering varied, technical client work, and the opportunity to join a business with robust processes and procedures, as well as a dedicated management team

You’ll join a pod-based paraplanning structure, designed to encourage collaboration, consistency and high-quality advice delivery.

The business currently operates with two pods, each made up of three advisers and three paraplanners. One of the paraplanners is progressing into a hybrid advisory/paraplanning position, creating an opportunity for an experienced paraplanner to step into their pod and take ownership of paraplanning for that adviser

This is a pure paraplanning role, supported by a dedicated administration team who manage the full end-to-end admin process, allowing you to focus on technical planning work.

• Working closely with advisers, largely on a 1:1 basis within your pod
• Producing high-quality suitability and advice reports
• Carrying out detailed technical research across pensions, investments, retirement and protection
• Building and maintaining cashflow models
• Taking ownership of paraplanning cases from instruction through to completion
• Contributing to the ongoing development of paraplanning processes and best practice

• Minimum of 5 years’ paraplanning experience is desirable
• Level 4 qualified or above
• Strong technical knowledge and confidence working on complex cases
• Comfortable taking ownership of your workload and managing multiple cases
• Enjoy working collaboratively within a professional, team-focused environment

• Salary £42,500 – £48000, dependent on experience and technical capability
