Paraplanner – Wealth Management

We are seeking a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner to join our growing Wealth Management team, working on a one-to-one basis with a dedicated Financial Adviser. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong paraplanner who enjoys being closely involved in the advice process and wants genuine exposure to client meetings and complex planning work.

Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE

Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days office Worthing/ 2 days WFH

You will play a key role in formulating advice, supporting high-quality client outcomes, and constructively challenging advisers where appropriate – all within a collaborative, professional environment.

This role would suit someone who is confident in their technical ability, and keen to progress with full exam support available for future development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with a dedicated Adviser to formulate and review financial advice
  • Produce high-quality suitability reports and technical documentation
  • Carry out research across investments, pensions, protection and retirement planning
  • Perform cashflow modelling and investment analysis
  • Attend client meetings where appropriate and support client interactions
  • Challenge recommendations constructively to ensure robust advice
  • Liaise with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth case progression

Requirements

  • Fully qualified at Level 4 Diploma (CII, LIBF or equivalent)
  • Strong technical knowledge across core financial planning areas
  • Confident working closely with advisers and contributing to advice formulation
  • Comfortable challenging where necessary in a professional manner
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
