Project Manager – Corporate Events

Location: Fetcham, Surrey (with some on-site event work)

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Part-time hours considered (minimum 27.5 hours per week)

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

Annual Leave: 28 days including Bank Holidays

An established and ambitious corporate events business is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its friendly and collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality incentive programmes, conferences, meetings and hospitality events for international clients in over 40 countries worldwide.

You’ll be working on exciting, high-profile projects for well-known brands, with plenty of scope to grow and develop in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing events from initial brief through to on-site delivery, ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly and to the highest standard.

Key duties include:

  • Interpreting client briefs and producing engaging event proposals
  • Sourcing and booking venues, hotels, restaurants and event suppliers
  • Overseeing multiple event projects simultaneously
  • Managing client, supplier and agency relationships
  • Negotiating contracts, SLAs and managing event logistics
  • Attending events on-site and overseeing delivery
  • Supporting internal administration, marketing activity and product development
About You

You’ll be a highly organised events professional with strong communication skills and a calm approach, even under pressure.

You’ll bring:

  • A degree with at least 4 years’ experience, or A-Levels with 6+ years’ experience
  • Previous experience working within an events agency (preferred)
  • Knowledge of the London events and hospitality market (advantageous)
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive mindset and strong commercial awareness
