Baler Operative (Recycling Specialist) – Full Training ProvidedACS Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Baler Operative on behalf of our client, a well-established recycling specialist. This is a great opportunity for someone reliable, safety-focused, and keen to learn — full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities

• Operating a baler safely and efficiently
• Following health & safety guidelines and procedures at all times
• Keeping accurate records of inventory and material movements
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

Working Hours07:00 – 17:00
Monday to Friday
Pay RateStarting from £13.00 per hour
Ideal Candidate

• A strong awareness of workplace safety
• Good attention to detail and record keeping
• A technical or engineering mindset (preferred)
• FLT licence would be an advantage (not essential)
