Audit RI Partner - Key Responsibilities:

Leading and signing off audits
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
- Maintain the highest audit quality
- Drive client relationships and contribute to the overall growth of the firm

Acting as a trusted advisor
- Provide insightful, commercially focused advice to clients
- Identify opportunities for growth within the audit function
- Deliver valuable insights beyond compliance

Supporting and developing the audit team
- Mentor and develop a high-performing audit team
- Create an environment where people thrive and achieve their potential
- Maintain and enhance the firm's reputation for technical excellence and client service

Audit RI Partner - Experience Required:
- Qualified ACA or ACCA
- Hold RI status or be close to achieving it
- Proven ability to lead complex audits and uphold the highest quality standards
- Deep expertise in audit and financial reporting
- Strategic and commercial mindset
- Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build long-term relationships
