Salary & Benefits

• Competitive basic salary up to £32,000 (DOE)
• OTE £50,000 + additional benefits
• Monday – Friday role + Saturday rota 1 in 3 (8am – 12.30pm)

The Role

My client is seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join their busy Service Department. You will take on a more responsible role within the team, guiding service advisors where needed, and helping deliver exceptional service standards. Interviews available immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
• Meet and greet customers in the service reception
• Book vehicles into the workshop and advise on repair timescales
• Liaise effectively with the workshop and service team
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members
• Carry out basic administrative duties
• Work collaboratively as part of the team
• Maintain a professional and well-presented appearance

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor (main dealer experience preferred)
• Motor trade knowledge essential
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to take on additional responsibility and work collaboratively
• Full, clean UK driving licence
