Service Advisor – Main Dealership (Portsmouth)

Role: Service Advisor

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive basic salary up to £30,000 (DOE)
• OTE up to £40,000

Hours of Work

• Monday – Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm
• 1 in 3 Saturday rota: 8.00am – 12.30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting customers in the service reception
• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and advising on repair timescales
• Liaising effectively with the workshop and service team
• Carrying out basic administrative duties
• Working collaboratively as part of a team
• Maintaining a professional and well-presented appearance

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor
• Motor trade knowledge is essential
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Full, clean UK driving licence
