We're one of the UK's fastest-growing B2C nutritional food brands. As we scale rapidly in the D2C space, we're looking for a talented Digital/ Ecommerce Marketer to join our team and directly impact our growth.

The Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and retention via subscription models  across our D2C channels. This is a hands-on role combining creative thinking with commercial rigour - you'll work closely with the Head of Growth to execute multi-channel campaigns, manage agency partners, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead B2C performance marketing strategy: Work with agencies to optimise Meta & Google campaigns, briefing creatives, developing ad copy, analysing performance and scaling winning activity
  • Drive ecommerce growth: Improve onsite conversion, basket value and subscription adoption across our D2C store
  • Lead paid media strategy: Partner with performance agencies to optimise campaigns across Meta and Google, managing creative briefs, ad copy, and tracking key metrics
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns: Coordinate D2C marketing activations, product launches, and seasonal campaigns across internal teams and agency partners
  • Subscription & retention marketing: Develop lifecycle strategies to increase LTV, subscription sign-ups, and churn reduction
  • Email, Klaviyo & SMS: Build automated flows, segmentation, A/B tests and campaigns to drive repeat purchase and customer loyalty
  • Multi-channel campaign delivery: Execute product launches, promotional moments and seasonal campaigns across ecommerce and paid/owned channels
  • Organic social & community: Manage content calendars, engagement and brand advocacy across social platforms
  • Data-driven optimisation: Report on performance, interpret insights, and continuously test creative, audiences and funnels
