Location: NN10, Rushden
Shifts: 5 out of 7
Hours : 07:00 - 19:00 or 19:00–07:00
Pay Rate: £12.35 - £13.35 depending on shifts

We are looking for Production Operatives to join our team. Our client  handles commercial and domestic plastic, paper, cardboard, and metal waste with some of the most sophisticated recycling technology available today.

We are now looking for dedicated and reliable Production Operatives to join our  team.

Key Responsabilities:

• Sorting and processing recyclable materials (plastics, metals, paper, etc.)
  
  
• Ensuring quality control and reporting any issues to supervisors
  
  
• Keeping the workspace clean and compliant with health and safety standards
  
  
• Supporting with general duties across the facility as required
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production, warehouse or recycling environment is desirable but not essential – full training provided
  
  
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  
  
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts , Monday to Friday
  
  
• Full flexibility, including the ability to work Saturdays when required
  
  
• Good level of physical fitness – this is a manual role
  
  
• A team player who is punctual, reliable and safety-conscious
