Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of business services clients and acting as their main point of contact
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing junior and senior team members
  • Reviewing statutory accounts and management accounts
  • Supporting partners with workflow management and client relationships
  • Identifying opportunities to provide additional services to clients
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and business services
  • At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Proven experience managing clients and supporting team members
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
