The RoleThis is a 12-month FTC to support the transactional side of accounts. They’re looking for an Accounts Assistant who can come in, take ownership of the day-to-day processing, and be a reliable part of the finance team.
Key Responsibilities - Managing purchase and sales ledger activity
- Processing invoices, expenses and payment runs
- Dealing with supplier queries and supporting credit control
- Completing bank and account reconciliations
- Assisting with month-end, including accruals and prepayments
- Supporting the wider finance team with general accounts tasks
Skills & Experience - AAT qualified or currently studying (preferable)
- Previous experience in a similar transactional role
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Good attention to detail and organised approach
- Confident communicator who’s happy dealing with stakeholders
