Change & Adoption Lead – Microsoft Copilot


Location: Sheffield (Hybrid)


Role Overview


We are seeking an experienced Change & Adoption Lead to drive the successful introduction and adoption of Microsoft Copilot across the organisation. This role will lead the end-to-end change strategy, ensuring strong user engagement, effective training, and measurable adoption outcomes.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT, and delivery teams to manage pilots, phased rollouts, and continuous improvement of enablement materials.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the change management strategy for the introduction of Microsoft Copilot.
  • Define and execute a structured adoption plan, including pilots and phased rollouts.
  • Develop and deliver engaging communication strategies to drive awareness and user engagement.
  • Design training programmes and learning paths tailored to different user groups.
  • Track adoption metrics, user feedback, and satisfaction (NSAT / ESAT).
  • Continuously improve enablement materials based on insights and performance data.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in change management and digital adoption for enterprise technologies.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience designing and delivering training and enablement programmes.
  • Ability to manage adoption metrics, feedback loops, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mandatory Skill
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Centre (CC) Administration
Performance Measures
  • Process compliance, quality standards, and SLA adherence.
  • Productivity, efficiency, and team performance indicators.
  • Capability development metrics, including triage completion and technical test performance.
